Due to popular demand, the staff at BlackberryStormBlog.com have opened our very own Blackberry Storm Forums! Now you can check in and voice your opinion/thoughts on a wide variety of topics, from suggestions and feedback, to the inside scoop on the latest Blackberry Storm updates.
The forum is integrated with the blog for a clean design and look, and instead of having some big fancy graphics intensive forum setup, we decided to keep it as clean and minimalistic as possible to not only make it faster for our users, but also to make sure it’s easily accessible from your Blackberry Storm device itself!

Love this little computer even though I am not a road warrior.
But, I am having difficulty getting my itunes files to sync with the phone. I don’t use my ipod much, AND have dumped files from an old computer to a new one with Vista. I have downloaded the Blackberry media sync, and can’t get the music files to sync.
Any ideas?
Anybody else having issues with Bluetooth and the storm?
I have had to reset (take the battery out) and wait about 5 minutes each time 5 times this week..It is really annoying, and I hope there is a fix soon..
If not, I may have to go back to my 8830.
It had the same problem only not as often.
I had the same problem with media sync, but you have to format your media card and make sure your mass storage is selected. And make sure you have anything pics etc.. on your phone backed up beforehand
I am a new customer with the Storm and I can’t figure out how to delete downloaded ringtones that fail to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
bought this phone and at first my itunes music library was able to play on my storm now all of a sudden my device keeps telling me format of media is not supported this is pissing me off I’m gonna take it back and get the Iphone
any one know how to paste a login name and password on a sign in page from your web browser on the storm?
I am trying to get a DVD movie put on my storm phone, but no one seems to know how that i talk to. Can anyone tell me what software i will need, and step by step what i need to do to burn a dvd to my laptop, then convert it to my phone. Please!
hey. i liked my storm for about the first week, but now i hate it! i drop at least one phone call a day, because of weak signal. and when i am on the phone talking my cheek or chin hits the mute button or the speaker button on the screen! touch screen is cool, but when you are making a call and your face bumps the screen it sucks!! anyone with any suggestions to these problems?????
I just bought a Storm. When I go into my voicemail to retrieve a message I get told when I am done listening to that message to push 7 to delete it. I look down and there is no keyboard, so I have to push the menu button, then the keyboard button, then 7. There has to be a quicker way. Does anyone know how to make the keyboard the default screen? That would make thinhgs so much easier. Or is there another solution?
I too loved my storm for about the first two weeks I had it. Traveled with it in Europe and it worked awesome. Now it gets hung up all the time and is super slow switching between apps and screens. Extremely frustrating to use because it takes so long to move back and forth. Am really considering ditching and switching to a competitor. Finding solutions to the problems that I am having is almost impossible. Very disappointed in the Storm and the information available to help consumers deal with problems they are having with this product.
I am having the same problem as everyone else is i can have full service but as soon as i get a phone call or try to make one it drops out! this is the worst phone i have ever owned!!!!!!!!!!
Seeing if anyone else is having this problem or knows how to fix it. When open some of my incoming text messages the screen goes to “callback number” screen and fails to show the entire text message. All I can get is the first few words from the incoming text page. Going back and/or scrolling up and down does no good. Called tech support. They had me backup my Blackberry to my Laptop and then complete a “wipe” which essentially reset everything. I re-installed my back-up but I am still having the same problem with the texts and of course in doing the back up I lost all of my photo’s and song downloads. I love the capabilities of my Blackberry but damn I have far too many problems with it (this is the 2nd Blackberry I have had).
